Closed beta · iOS and Android

Every place you’ve been, together.

Roamance is a shared passport for the two of you. Check in to places together, keep every photo and video at original quality, and watch your map of countries fill up.

Free during the beta. 10 GB of shared storage for every couple.

Made for two

Not a social network. Just the two of you, the places you’ve been, and everything you kept from them.

Check in together

When you’re both in the same place, one of you taps Check in together and the other taps I’m here too within 30 minutes, while you’re within about 200 m of each other. That’s a verified check-in. Forgot? Add a memory for trips you’ve already taken.

Always original quality

Photos and videos are stored byte for byte: no recompression, nothing stripped. Previews show up straight away; originals upload in the background on Wi‑Fi. Videos up to 3 minutes.

Your map of countries

Every country you visit together lights up on your shared map, with the number of places and photos from each.

Albums that build themselves

Albums by country and by place appear on their own. Want one for a single trip? Make your own.

A timeline for two

See what your partner just added, react and leave comments. Lock-screen notifications are discreet by default.

Works offline

Check in, take photos and write notes without a signal. Everything syncs when you’re back online.

Up and running in minutes

  1. Pair up

One of you creates an invite code; the other enters it, scans the QR code or taps the link.

  2. Check in

Wherever you go, tap Check in together. Your partner taps I’m here too, and that’s it.

  3. Add photos and videos

Pick from your library or shoot in the app, at original quality.

  4. Watch your map grow

Your map and albums fill up after every trip.

Private by design

Your memories belong to the two of you. Here’s what Roamance never does, and what it always does.

  • No location trackingThere is no feature to see where your partner is, and Roamance never asks for background location.
  • Location only when you check inYour location is used only on the check-in screen, to suggest places nearby. Coordinates are stored only when you tap Check in together; the confirming partner’s location is used to check the distance, then discarded.
  • Photos are never publicNothing has a public link. Every view uses a temporary link that expires within minutes.
  • Discreet lock screenNotifications show no place names or images by default, unless you turn on detailed previews.
  • Endings are never sudden30 days of read-only access so you can both download everything. Changed your minds? Both choose Keep us.
