By using Roamance you agree to these terms.
Who can use Roamance
You must be 18 or older. Each account belongs to one active shared space at a time.
The beta
Roamance is in closed beta: features may change and there may be bugs. The app is free during this period. Keep your own copies of photos and videos that matter to you.
Your content
- Your photos, videos, notes and comments stay yours.
- You allow us to store, process and show them to the two of you, only to provide Roamance.
- Only upload content you have the right to share, and respect the people in your photos.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Roamance for illegal content or content that infringes other people’s rights.
- Don’t try to access other people’s data, guess pairing codes or disrupt the service.
Storage
Each couple has 10 GB of shared storage, including Recently deleted. When it is full, only new uploads stop.
Endings and account deletion
Either of you can end your shared space: 30 days of read-only access to download your data, and if you both choose Keep us, everything comes back. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Roamance is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss beyond our reasonable control.
