Privacy policy

Roamance is an app for couples to keep the places they have been together. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.

How we use it

What we never do

Who sees your content

Everything in your shared space (check-ins, photos, videos, albums, notes, comments) is visible to both of you. Files never have public links; every view uses a temporary link that expires within minutes.

Service providers

We use these providers to run Roamance. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed outside Vietnam: our database is in Singapore, error reports are in the European Union, and some of the providers above may process data in other countries, including the United States. By using Roamance you agree to this transfer so that we can provide the service.

Retention and deletion

Your rights

You can view and correct your information in the app, save your original photos and videos at any time, download all your data when a shared space ends, withdraw consent and delete your account. For a copy of your data at other times, or anything else, email us. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including Vietnam’s.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, file storage is private, and each person can only access their own shared space. Roamance is only for people aged 18 and over.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we will update this page, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Contact: hello@roamance.app.
